ASP.net PayPal

I am very new to web programming.  I have been creating a web site for my wife, so that she could sell her cookies online.  I have been looking for some way of transfering my information to PayPal for processing.  The Paypal site says that I need to pass some variables to them from an HTML page.  I don't want to use HTML I would like to use VB to accomplish this.  I figured it would only be about ten lines of code to do this however I can not find any examples of how to accomlish this that are not way over my head and beyond my ability.  The HTML option does not allow users to customize there purchsasing options.  I have generated a form and created an invoice.  I just need some way of telling pay pal that this user needs to pay this ammount.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am also willing to ship a dozen cookies to anyone that can help.  I have included the HTML code that Paypal is epecting.  I would think that I can create a postback on click event and generate the strings based on controls on my page.
